You can return any product you have purchased from us within 14 days of receipt of the goods and you will receive your money back. You can of course test your ICAROS product, but make sure that the product remains in a resalable condition. Please do not remove any stickers and use the original box for the return. Of course, instead of paying out, you can request a voucher and redeem it for your next order with us.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the sample withdrawal form for this.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
