Shipping

The ICAROS HOME is delivered in 2 packages.

The dimensions of the individual packages are:

Box 1: 92 x 60 x 30 cm - 31 KG

Box 2: 780 x 56 x 28.5 cm - 27 KG

The ICAROS Cloud is delivered in a package (60cm * 80cm * 33cm) and weighs 15 kg.

We send our packages with UPS.

Shipping Costs

The shipping costs for ICAROS Home are € 99.90 within Germany

The shipping costs for ICAROS Cloud within Germany are € 24.90

Shipping costs outside of Germany

Delivery times

In order to calculate the expected delivery time, the desired items must be placed in the shopping cart. This shows you the availability. If the article is available, we will make the article ready for dispatch immediately after receipt of payment.

The delivery time from this point in time is 1-3 weeks.

Payment methods

Payment in advance

After your order you will receive an order confirmation from us, on which you will be informed of our bank details with the request for a transfer. We will dispatch the goods immediately after receipt of payment on our account. It usually takes 1-2 working days for the transferred amount to be received by us.

PayPal

After completing the order, you will be redirected to the PayPal website via a secure SSL line. A PayPal account is required for this. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can also pay in advance using a guest account. Your delivery address must also be stored as the shipping address with PayPal.
