1.1 Description and scope of data processing
When ordering goods in our ICAROS shop (shop.icaros.com) you can register with an online account. When registering an online account, the data is entered by you in the ICAROS Shop (shop.icaros.com), transmitted to us and stored. Your data will be securely transmitted via SSL encryption. A transfer of data to third parties does not take place except for the initiation and execution of contracts.

The data collected during an online order are transferred as inventory data into a customer account in our merchandise management system, stored and used for future orders as well as for the management of the customer relationship.
The following data is collected during the ordering process:
Mandatory fields are:
- Private customer or corporate customer
- First and Last Name,
- E-mail address
- Address (street, house number, zip code, city, country),
This data can optionally be specified:
- Company name incl. VAT identification number and responsible contact person with first and last name
- Different delivery address and additional address

If you set up an online account with us, the aforementioned data are stored as far as you enter in the online system and we collect and process the following additional data:
- Password for your access to the online account
After registration, you can access your online account at any time by entering your username / e-mail address and password.
Among other things, you will be able to see your current order status, and edit your data (e.g., account information, postal address), change your password, and delete your online account using the "Delete Online Account" link. With the deletion of the online account, your registration (login) and all data collected during registration will be deleted in the online system.
1.2 Legal basis for data processing
The registration and the creation of a customer account serve the fulfillment of a contract of which the user is a party or the implementation of pre-contractual measures. The legal basis for processing the data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO.
If your data is used for sending postal advertising, the legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The starting point for the decision to make a decision is recital 47 DS-GVO, which u. a. "The processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes may be considered as processing of legitimate interest."
1.3 Purpose of data processing
A registration of the user is necessary for the fulfillment of a contract with the user or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures if he wants to initiate his order via the Internet. The contract exists i.d.R. from a sales contract.
1.4 Duration of storage
Data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary to achieve the purpose of its survey or if you delete it yourself. This is the case for fulfilling a contract or for carrying out pre-contractual measures if the data are no longer necessary for the execution of the contract. Even after the conclusion of the contract, there may be a need to store personal data of the contracting party in order to comply with contractual or legal obligations.
Continuing obligations require the storage of personal data in the customer account during the contract period. In addition, warranty periods must be observed and the storage of data due to retention periods.
1.5 Opposition and removal option
As a user, you always have the option to dissolve the registration in the online shop. The data stored on you can at any time delete or modify or delete or have it modified.
With the deletion of the online account, your registration (login) and all data collected during registration will be deleted in the online system.
If the data is required to fulfill a contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures, premature deletion of the data in the customer account (merchandise management system) is only possible, unless contractual or legal obligations preclude deletion.
